Please see link below & take two seconds to vote for Memphis! On a quicker note... don't forget to bring any swim suits of any size, adult/child, XXL to teeny tiny tots to the pool. These suits are being collected and passed on at no charge to swimmers at city pools who need a suit to swim. They could also use caps & googles, (but have fins & kickboards). Vote Memphis & give a suit!


Dear Make a Splash Mid-South partner,

I’m excited to let you know that we’re a finalist for a $5,000 grant and a visit to our city by Olympic Gold Medalist Cullen Jones. We need your help to ensure that Memphis is the winning city for this contest sponsored by USA Swimming and Phillips 66.

Watch the video that features our swimmers and celebrates all the good we’ve accomplished together in Memphis. Thanks to your efforts, more than 3,000 children have received free or low cost swim lessons, more than 300 adults know CPR, 50 teens have become lifeguards and countless lives have been changed.

Please send this to your aquatic colleagues, friends and family. This grant would help us further our efforts and a visit by Cullen Jones would generate a lot of excitement about swimming in our community.
